Training and Development
We offer a comprehensive training programme to all employees including formal training courses, a mentoring scheme and access to a variety of training materials, supported by day to day training within your team.
Individual training plans are tailored to specific needs, depending on your role within Fidessa. This initial training will cover interpersonal, skills development and technical courses. We run a large number of in house Fidessa technical courses and those relevant will be scheduled into the tailored programme. All training is managed through our sophisticated learning and career management portal - Endeavour - giving you access to a wealth of courses, eLearning and study materials.
Once your initial training programme is completed relevant advanced Fidessa courses, and skills development training courses will be identified during informal meetings with your manager, or at your annual performance appraisal.
