Fidessa’s Client Training Services team
offers bespoke on-site User Training and Acceptance
Testing services covering all aspects of the fidessa
and FidessaNet trading platform product sets.
The training is carried out by our professional
training team and can be delivered either on-site
or at any other alternative locations including,
by prior arrangement, our offices in the City
of London.
About Fidessa Client Training Services
Fidessa recognise the importance
of training as a means of introducing new users
to the Fidessa product suite,
and for helping existing users to get the most
out of Fidessa’s extensive
range of features. Our aim is to provide high
quality bespoke client training to help Investment
Banking staff utilise Fidessa
to the full.
The Client Training Services Team is comprised
of trainers who have extensive and up-to-date
product knowledge of Fidessa,
and how it is used in a business environment.
Additionally many of the team have the benefit
of having worked for Investment Banks in a ‘client’
capacity, and so are able to offer practical,
business orientated advice to users.
Services
The Client Training Services team offers clients
on-site bespoke one-to-one User Training and User
Acceptance Testing (UAT) services in all aspects
of the Fidessa product suite.
Furthermore, by offering continuity of resources
from a project’s inception through to Go-live
of all phases, and ad-hoc services beyond, the
assigned consultants can become fully conversant
with the client’s business processes and
procedures.

with clients begins during the initial project
scoping, to agree a user training and UAT
plan |

Implementation
of the end user training plan. During the
early stages of a project lifecycle we maintain
regular client contact to make sure we are
fully appraised of specific Fidessa
requirements and the areas in which users
require training |

of comprehensive training documents for the
full Fidessa product suite.

UAT is a vital stage of any implementation project
and the Fidessa Client Training
Services team can help each client plan and prepare
for this exercise. We offer:

wide range of generic testing scripts that
can be used to test each installation of Fidessa |

Support
and advice for clients wishing to devise their
own unique scripts |
Once UAT and training have been carried out,
the Client Training Team can maintain a presence
on a client’s dealing floor immediately
prior to, during and after Go-live.

continuous familiar presence gives Fidessa
users the comfort factor they require when
using a new product in a live environment

Members
of the team stay on site supporting users
for up to two weeks after each Go-live, before
handing over to the Fidessa
Client Support department in Woking, Surrey

Post
hand-over, the team can maintain regular contact
with users and is available for any ad-hoc
or additional training that may be required
at a later date |
