LatentZero Convenes Its Latest North American Users Group
New York, Toronto, London, 20th October 2005 - LatentZero, the leading provider of buy-side front office technology for the global asset management industry, will be holding its next North American User Group conference on 26th, 27th and 28th October in New York. The Group is designed to provide users of its suite of front office applications, Sentinel, Minerva and Tesseract, with an opportunity for training, product updates and the chance to network with industry peers.
The User Group will open with a keynote address from Dan Watkins, LatentZero's North American CEO. It will focus on Minerva, LatentZero's order management and trading system, and Tesseract, its solution for portfolio analysis, scenario modeling and order generation, on day one. The next two days will then cover Sentinel, LatentZero's market-leading pre and post trade compliance system.
The conference format has been designed to accommodate both business and technical users, with distinct tracks aimed at each. Training sessions will be led by LatentZero consultants who are specialists in their particular fields, while breakout sessions will be moderated by LatentZero and will provide an opportunity for users to learn from each other and share their experiences.
Harold Boxberger, Project Manager at American Century Investments and current Chairman of the Sentinel User Group, said: "The purpose of the Sentinel User Group is to provide a forum where its members can examine issues, opportunities and workflows, and suggest potential uses for the Sentinel application. This gives us the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of Sentinel, which we feel, as users, is very important."
Gail Romano, Director of North American Operations and Global Marketing at LatentZero said: "The User Group is a key element in the service that we offer our customers, and is an extension of the close relationship we develop with all clients from the outset. It enables us to gain a consolidated view of where our products should be going and what the relative priorities are from a client's perspective. Through previous User Groups it has become clear that our clients have built up quite a knowledge base over the years and we expect that collectively we can solve many of the challenges being faced by asset managers. We look forward to taking part in the discussion and gaining valuable insights next week."
Sentinel, Minerva and Tesseract are the individual components of Capstone, LatentZero's complete front-office suite for the buy-side. Each element can be deployed separately or in combination with the other products.
