Fidessa offers comprehensive career development to all employees through a powerful integrated career management portal. New joiners have a customised training programme set up depending on what area of the business you join.

It's then up to you, with guidance and support from the business and your Line Manager, what training or skills development you sign up to. The range of technical and skills development training available encourages you to learn in the way that suits you, from classroom based to eLearning to a wide range of self-study options (such as audio and video) across many areas.

Learning new skills that enable you to seize opportunities is at the heart of Fidessa's career development and our career portal empowers you to drive your career and align your learning to achieve your goals.

Once your initial training programme is completed relevant advanced Fidessa courses and skills development training courses will be identified during informal meetings with your manager, or at your annual performance appraisal.
