As a new starter, what can I expect?
Fidessa can provide you with the opportunity to work in a friendly, professional and innovative environment alongside like-minded colleagues. The dedication and enthusiasm that all our employees demonstrate is something we are very proud of.
To help you settle in, all new starters are assigned a ‘buddy’ for their first few weeks. This is normally someone from your team who can show you around, answer questions or advise on where’s best to buy lunch!
Our in-house Technical Training Team ensure all our employees are equipped with the information they need about our products. For those who need it, full training on the Financial Markets is also provided, along with a variety of interpersonal and skills development courses.
Fidessa recognises the importance of maintaining a good work-life balance and organises social events for staff throughout the year.
